1. Talent Acquisition
Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing potential candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate and schedule interviews, as well as communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with the completion of required paperwork.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR documentation, including job descriptions, policies, and procedures.
2. Employer Branding
Propose new content, write, and distribute on social media channels (Facebook and LinkedIn).
Assist in designing graphics (Posters, flyers, banners).
Corporate with team to create campaigns, mini games, and other external events to attract more candidates and referrals.
Other tasks will be assigned when required.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Canva
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards tasks and challenges.
Prior internship experience in HR or related field is a plus.
