DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurate and timely creation of new items on the various computer systems.
Maintenance of required items on various computer systems.
Responsible for the Accuracy of the MFG-Pro Database in respect to Item Master and Costs.
Other Administrative Duties associated with the Costing Department.
RELATIONSHIPS AND AUTHORITY
Reporting to the Costing Systems Manager, as part of the Group Commercial and Technology Team.
Close working relationship to Estimating team and the Local and Overseas Production Services Departments
Close working relationship with Local and Overseas Sales and Customer services Teams
Close working relationship with Launchpad teams.
Excellent Data Entry Accuracy and Speed Skills.
Excellent English Comprehension (Written and Spoken)
Excellent Numeracy Skills
Strong Computing Skills, specifically Excel and Microsoft Suite of Products
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Good Time Management Skills, ability to self manage workload to meet business timelines.
Experience in a Factory Environment within Estimating, Planning, or Supervision would be highly regarded.
Chinese or Indonesia Language skills would be considered favourably.
