Daily receive allocation requests from brands, MDs then generate TRO in AX system to 3PL.
Follow up order fulfilment by 3PL and adjust TRO.
Send booking to transportation vendor & follow up delivery status & ship goods in AX.
Check, request stores to do goods receipt in AX system.
Liaise with Operation, Brands, MD for goods returned, transferred, movement from stores to stores, stores to main WH, stores to marketplaces, stores to wholesales.
Manage transportation vendors for on time pick up goods, on time delivery, handing over right quantity.
Daily access to AX to create, receive TRO.
Work with stores, transporters, and warehouse for any claims
Handle other tasks assigned by manager.

A university degree or higher preferably in Logistics
Good at excel skill.
Relevant Experience:
Relevant Experience
At least 2 years of relevant working experiences in warehouse, logistics in Fashion field, Retail or FMCG industry
Good experience in inventory control, logistics tasks in advance
Skills and Personal Attributes:
Positive, good working attitude
High level of accountability
Willing to learn more the other tasks of Logistics department.
Good in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese
