As a C&B specialist (OS), you will be responsible for tasks as below:
Collect data & prepare monthly Organization chart;
Process Labor contract renewal and manage Labor contract;
Process Accident & Health Insurance benefit for staff;
Guideline staff on long-term leave (maternity, contract suspension,...) and resignation;
Register PIT dependent & PIT code;
Support monthly attendance;
Manage employee personal documents;
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Human Resources Manager.

Bachelor degree
At least 6 months working experience in C&B role (include internship experience);
At least 6 months
Good at English (reading/writing);
Good at English
Strong with MS Office tools;
Careful, detail-oriented and responsible.
